Center Stage Entertainment is a South Dakota based company providing complete Karaoke and DJ entertainment for just about any occasion. Services range from professional Karaoke and DJ entertainment for local establishments to custom tailored shows for any number of occasions to meet a client’s specific needs.
Founded in 1996, Center Stage Entertainment has become one of the Black Hills area's most well established live entertainment businesses. Our company began as a karaoke business with meager beginnings. We have grown through the years building the knowledge and experience we have today. We pride ourselves as having the most technically advanced karaoke show in the area utilizing the latest in computerized technology of the industry. We quickly expanded into the DJ market, giving our clients a broader range of entertainment options to choose from.
Our co-owners, Patrick Falk and Elsbeth Lord, have lived in the area for more than twenty years. Patrick operates as the company's main KJ/DJ and business manager. He has a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Black Hills State University and is an avid audio, video and computer hobbyist. He brings a wealth of practical knowledge and technical expertise to Center Stage Entertainment. After many years as a loyal karaoke follower, his easy going nature has enabled him to make many close friends of the people he has met through the years. He has a strong devotion to music in his everyday life and thoroughly enjoys sharing music with others whether it’s through his singing or vocation as a DJ.
Elsbeth, the founder of Center Stage Entertainment, operates as a KJ and sales director for the company. She brings with her many years of experience in the business. And, with her outgoing personality, she makes friends wherever she goes. With her minor degree in music from Black Hills State University, she has a broad understanding of music and performance. Her enthusiasm and love of music inspires audiences to join in and have fun. Her bachelor's degrees from BHSU are in the field of teaching. She has also received her master’s degree and is looking forward to having a doctorate degree in the future. She works for the Rapid City School District and brings her love of life and music to the children she teaches.
We enjoy what we do and strive to prosper in this fascinating industry. Center Stage Entertainment played for nine years at the very first establishment we started at, and hopefully our longevity will continue with others we meet along the way.
